My name is Jeffry Smith
My passion for startups first began overseas in Singapore, where I took a course in entrepreneurship and won a “Best Startup Idea” competition out of 100 students. That experience ignited a fire that has carried me through more than a decade of launching, supporting, and scaling early-stage ventures. With a cross-cultural upbringing, I’ve always valued learning, adapting, and bringing new perspectives into my work, qualities that now shape how I support startups through Diamond Applications Consulting, founded in 2017.
Professionally, I specialize in blending creative problem-solving with data-backed solutions. With a strong financial background and a track record in healthtech and fitness startups, I focus on helping founders avoid costly mistakes, establish sound strategies, and build the systems they need to grow with confidence. Every project is guided by discipline, performance, and a deep commitment to long-term success.
On the personal side, I live in Coconut Creek, Florida, with my wife, our two young boys, and our choclate lab. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and they inspire me to keep building and creating opportunities for others. Outside of work, I’m passionate about health, fitness, and sports whether it’s rugby, football, basketball, or even trying (not always successfully) to improve my golf game. That same energy and competitive spirit carry into how I approach business: with focus, passion, and a drive to win.
